Do I have to leave my house during treatment?Not at all! General treatments for Cockroaches, Spiders, Fleas and Ants will require you to step outside for only 15-20mins during part of the interior treatment. This will occur approximately 20 mins after we arrive.

What happens if its raining on the day of my treatment?Yes rain can be an issue during the treatment time 'window of opportunity' that can force us to reschedule your booking unless you are receiving an interior treatment only. As long as exterior surfaces are not wet during application we can go ahead with your treatment. Once the chemicals dry and form a residual barrier, rain 15 mins later wont effect your treatment. Please WAIT for us to contact you 1-2 hours before your booking time to reschedule as we track the rain movement all day.

Are my pets safe and what do I do with them during treatment?Yes all your pets will be safe during treatment. Depending on which treatment you receive, dogs and cats will need to be inside your house during the exterior spray. Alot of customers put pets in their garage or laundry if they dont want them in the actual living areas. Bird cages and open fish tanks will need to be covered with an old sheet or towel. As soon as we have finished the job and leave, your pets are safe to go back outside and be uncovered.

Do I need to move my furniture or empty my kitchen cupboards before treatment?No there is no need to move anything! We work thoroughly during our interior treatment spray and use precise spray & baiting techniques for your cupboards if need be.

I'm moving out of a rental property and need an end of lease flea treatment?End of Lease Treatments are mandatory when you move out of a rental property and have pets. Your detailed receipt will be emailed to you before we leave with a PDF File which you will need to forward to your real estate for your bond reimbursement.

How do you accept payment?We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, American Express and Cash payments on the spot after your treatment is finished.
